The anonymous founder of the denim-focused clothing brand 69 occupies a studio on the 11th floor of a high-rise overlooking Los Angeles’s MacArthur Park. Several pieces of the denim furniture scattered about the studio will go on view, along with a selection of the brand’s garments, at “69: Déjà Vu,” a survey of the label’s work opening at the MOCA Pacific Design Center on Aug. 4.
