Earth Day: Recycle clothes, denim and get a discount at H&M, American Eagle, Levi's, more - The Denver Channel

Monday is Earth Day and one way to get involved and save money is to recycle your denim jeans or other clothes at certain retailers.

H&M

H&M will take any of your old clothes. At H&M, ask for the location of the garment-collecting box, often located next to the cash registers, drop off your unwanted clothes, you’ll get rewarded with a voucher. Most reports say that voucher is 15 percent off. Learn more here .

American Eagle

American Eagle wants your old jeans. Take an old pair of jeans to AE and they'll give you $10 off a pair of brand new AE jeans and plant a tree to help with the wildfire devastation in California. Learn more on AE's blog .

North Face

Recycle your used apparel and footwear (any condition, any brand) at North Face stores or outlets and you'll get a $10 reward toward your next purchase of $100 or more at The North Face.

Levi's

Drop off no-longer-wanted clothing or shoes — any brand — in the collection boxes at a Levi's store or outlet and get a voucher for 20 percent off a single, regular-priced Levi’s item in-store.
