With 26 total entries, the 2016 Denim Days Baby Denim contest was a highlight of the Erwin Denim Days festival Saturday. ‘…This is more than we really expected,’ 2016 Denim Days Baby Denim Emcee Kim Hargrove said.The judges, Harnett County Clerk of Court Martha Johnson, Miss Triton High Ferny Georges, Petite Miss Wake County Zoey Webb, Miss Triton Junior High Hayden Miller and Baby Denim inventor Elaine Woodworth of First Citizens Bank selected, from left: Winner Sweetest Personality, 6 months to 2 years old, Cheyenne Stewart of Dunn; Runner-Up Cutest Outfit, 6 months to 2 years old, Charlee Grace Johnson of Four Oaks; Winner Cutest Outfit 6 months to 2 years old, Allanah Stokes of Lillington; Runner-Up Sweetest Personality 6 months to 2 years old, Lilly Jackson of Dunn; Runner-Up Sweetest Personality 2 to 4 years old, Emory Peregoy of Dunn; Runner-Up Cutest Outfit 2 to 4 years old, Georgia Godwin of Meadow; Winner Sweetest Personality, 2 to 4 years old, Frazier Whitaker of Lillington; and Winner Cutest Outfit 2 to 4 years old, River Lynn Beasley of Dunn.
