And Nicole Scherzinger, 38, looked to be feeling the music during rehearsals at Fountain Studios, Wembley, on Friday, as she danced in a pair of high-waisted denim flares.

With her hands raised above her head, she seductively moved her hips, while she demonstrated her rhythm on a raised platform.

Her luscious brunette locks cascaded over her shoulders from a middle parting, and she accessorised with an assortment of bracelets and a gold pendant.

She took a backseat when her acts went through their performances, watching intently from beside choreographer Brian Friedman.

Nicole spent plenty of time chatting to Matt Terry, who cut a cool figure in a denim jacket, hoodie and backwards baseball cap.

On Wednesday, Nicole accompanied Ryan Lawrie to the Fiddler's Elbow in Camden, where the young hopeful performed an intimate gig.

The former Pussycat Doll looked great in a white top, grey jeans and black boots. She draped a coat over her shoulders and gave off rocky vibes with black fingerless sleeves and a black manicure.

Ryan's girlfriend, and fellow X Factor contestant Emily Middlemas, was also at the gig, walking beside Ryan as he carried his guitar case.

Nicole recently revealed she no longer speaks to ex boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, when she appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show.

She said: 'I don't see anything negative, I think it's quite natural when people separate and go their own ways and you just have to be adult about it and just always wish the other person happiness, success and love like sincerely and I do.'

When asked whether they still stay in touch, the Poison hitmaker - who first started seeing the race car driver in 2007 - was frank in her omission.

She added: 'Yeah we don't, like, talk. I think that he is the best driver since Ayrton Senna and I think that he's probably going to win this year and I only wish him happiness and success.'
