Hailey Baldwin couldn't decide if it was winter or still summer as she stepped out in a cloudy Los Angeles on Thursday.

The blonde model, 21, paired a white knit sweater with blue denim cutoffs for another stylish look that emphasized her long legs.

She added her favorite pair of white PVC ankle boots to add even more inches to her stature.

Hailey wore her hair tied back into a chignon at the nape of her neck.

She added statement gold hoop earrings  and earrings and sported dark red lip color.

The leggy beauty carried a black leather purse and her smartphone as she ran errands with a female friend.

The daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and niece of SNL star Alec Baldwin has been making headlines this week after reportedly cozying up to Canadian singer Shawn Mendes, 19, at a Halloween party on Tuesday.

The two left the Hollywood bash at 1 a.m. holding hands, People reported, with a source telling the magazine: 'He had his arm around Hailey and stayed by her side all night.'

It's not the first time that Hailey and Shawn have sparked dating rumors.

Last month, they were spotted together at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights. A few days later they were seen having dinner together.
