Twitter users haven't been kind to Jessica's denim wardrobe in Jessica Jones thus far, calling her seemingly sole pair of ripped, light-wash jeans "musty ass," "nasty ass," and "mad sour." But we at Style Hunter are happy to report that Jessica (Krysten Ritter) sports not one, but three new pairs of jeans in season 2, starting about halfway through the season. "We introduced new jeans from a company called R13, [in] light blue, gray, and a darker wash," says the show's costume designer Elisabeth Vastola, who gathered about 30 R13 pieces for Ritter's character. She says "the cut of them are a little more modern" than the infamous Citizens of Humanity pair that Jessica previously favored, as the R13s "hit in that sweet spot right over the hips, but don’t feel like mom jeans."
