This year’s Rita Hayworth Alzheimer’s Association Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street celebrated the 100th birthday of the legendary star, and was co-chaired by her daughter Princess Yasmin Aga Khan and Anne Hearst.
Willie Geist emceed the “Blazing Trails”-themed event, calling the “Diamonds & Denim,” dress code the “mullet of evening wear.”
We hear master crafter Martha Stewart took things seriously, hand-gluing hundreds of rhinestones to a denim top.
Also attending were David Hyde Pierce, Candace Bushnell, John McEnroe and his rocker wife, Patty Smyth, who performed.
The Johnson family was honored in memory of Libet Johnson, and past honorees include Nina García and B. Smith.
Also seen circulating were Irene Michaels and Peter Thomas Roth.
