GREENSBORO — A company controlled by turnaround-investor Wilbur Ross has sold International Textile Group, which owns iconic Greensboro companies Cone Denim and Burlington.
Platinum Equity has acquired International Textile’s shares and debt for $99 million, according to a Securities Exchange Commission document.
